After the download is successful, please turn off Play Protect before starting the installation to ensure that you can use KiddoGuard Assistant.
If the installation fails, check if it is due to the following reasons:
- 1. You are installing KiddoGuard Assistant in an application that does not have installation privileges (e.g. File Manager, Chrome, etc.).
- Solution: Go to Setting->Biometrics and security->Install unknown apps->Find the apps that need to enable installation privileges (e.g. File Manager, Chrome, etc.)->On
- 2. Google Protect is not turned off.
- Solution: Go to Google Play -> Click on the avatar in the upper right corner -> Play Protect -> Click on Settings in the upper right corner -> Turn off all settings -> Exit Google play -> Go to Setting -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Strage -> Clear Cache
- 3. Some other apps are preventing you from installing KidsGuard Pro Assistant.
- Solution: Go to Setting->Biometrics and security->Other security settings->Device admin apps->Find the app that is preventing you from installing KiddoGuard Assistant->Off
- 4. Apk file corruption
- Solution: Delete the Apk and download it again
